Buckeye Region of American Veterans for Equal Rights, BRAVER, holds all records and personal information in strict confidence.  BRAVER does not sell, disclose or disseminate any confidential information to any third party.  BRAVER’s records of membership, email address lists, home address lists, telephone lists and any other information of a personal nature is considered confidential and will not be disclosed unless under applicable law.  BRAVER will never require or keep in its possession intimate information about any member or private individual as per applicable law, American Veterans for Equal Rights, AVER,  By-laws or BRAVER By-laws.  Any information a person wishes to be removed from BRAVER’s records will be eliminated as soon as possible under applicable law, AVER By-Laws, BRAVER By-laws or Standard Operating Procedures of the same.  All documents, written or electronic, will be destroyed in a manner as to prevent the discloser of them in any way.
